I was looking forward to squats today, since that's the one thing I really want to improve on.
Squat- 265x3, 275x3, and 285x3. The 285x3 is a pr, with my old one being 285x2. I still had more left in the tank, but I'd figure I'd save my energy for stones.
Stones to 48"- Did a lot more volume than usual with this, did the 185, 200, 245, and 285# stones for multiple reps and sets. Sean lapped the 340# stone today, and I figured if he could do it, so could I. And I also felt that if I lapped it, I could load it. Unfortunately I couldn't lap it, however I did break it from the ground and get it to the point just before lapping it. It would really be awesome if I could load it before Sean and Bryce, because they think that being a teenager means that I'm not competent of writing a decent training regiment and getting stronger.
200# Prowler and 100# Sandbag medley- 3x60' w/prowler and 180' w/sandbag.
GHR- 2x15
Ab Wheel- 2x8
DB Curls- 3x14x40. My biceps were pretty taxed after picking up the 340# stone, so I figured some extra work would help to lap it.
