Not much to say, just a plain old pressing day.

Log Press (strict)- Worked up to 170x2x2, strict log pressing for max effort is another new movement for me, but i feel like it should really help with my overhead pressing.

One-arm, Over-head DB press- 100x4, 100x4, 110x2, 120x0, with a 172# Thomas inch DB clean. After working on my strict pressing a lot, my DB push-presses and jerks were not very good.

Kroc Rows- w/ Fat Gripz-100x5, w/o FG-100x10,100x13. Fat Grip kroc rows might as well just be the best grip workout i've ever experienced.

BB Skull Crushers- 95x8x5

Not a bad workout, but i need to get my overhead db pressing up since i have decided to do the Steel Valley Strongman show on 10/9. I'm competing at 230, which has a 140# circus db, and that's gonna be a tough one for me. But otherwise there is a 200# log press for reps, 220# farmers for 100' total, 160/180/200# keg carry, a 450# DL for reps, and the "Trinity Medley" which consists of a 500# tire flip, a 200# stone carry and a 500# sled pull. The DL and medley are in the finals, which im wondering if ill be able to make. The 450 deadlift is going to be nearly impossible for me. I still think i will do well though.
