Called the doctor, and couldnt get in until next monday, but i'll just have to deal with pain until then. Short training session today due to work.

50 Chins- Broke them up into 10x5, but could barely do 5 without getting a massive headache

I was supposed to do heavy stones, but due to lack of time and giant headaches, i passed.

Hand over Hand sled pull- 55x2x80'  110x2x80'  165x2x80'. a new workout for me, wasnt sure how much weight to use, so i added on til it felt a little challenging.

After this i had to suffer through 8 hours of work with a nasty headache. not good at all.
