A Decent Day of training, nothing special.
Barbell Bench- Worked up to 175x5, 185x5, and 195x5. First time i've ever hit 195 for 5 reps, but i'm not counting that as a rep PR.
DB Incline Bench- 3x70x5
Crucifix Hold w/ DB- 20# for 3x15s and 10# for 3x30s. I was gonna use kettlebells, but it turns out we only have one 15 pounder, and the closest pair is 30#. And unfortunately we don't even have 15# dumbbells. Jesus.
Lat Pull-Down- 3x90x8
Like I said, nothing special.
