I was feeling really sore from yesterday, especially since I bench once in a blue moon. I still wasn't feeling very motivated today, but i pushed throught it.

Deadlifts off of 6" blocks- First time doing these, the first few heavy sets felt really weird, but i got it down after a little. finished up with 425x1 and 425x2. The second rep of 425 was really killer.

Shrugs- Working on the upper back strength, 225x10x5.

Interval Prowler Sprints- 1:2 work to rest ratio, 30:60 seconds. Did this for about 7 minutes. It kicked my ass, but its a start to my new conditioning.

GHR- BWx3x8. One body weight movement I don't need to work on, thank god.

I felt pretty good after this, I think the prowler helped to jump-start my motivation, I can't wait until Monday.
