I had to make this a quick workout since i had to leave for work by 4, and the quickest i could get to the gym was 3. I still had a little bit of a trace of the head explosion from tuesday, but it wasn't too bad. Here we go:

The axle lockouts were new to me, but i thought i did pretty well with them for the first time. I definitely need to work on my chest strength, not that it really matters for strongman, but it would be nice to have some muscle symmetry and balanced strength. I'd also like to be able to do 3x10 chins or 3x5 weighted ones, but that will take a while to accomplish.
