I took some Bullnox by Betancourt nutrition before training today, my first taste of a pre-workout supplement in quite some time. It tasted suprisingly good, a tad bit chalky though. I definitely felt some good energy from it though, and I needed it because I was going for a max stone today.

Stones to 52"- First time doing stones in a while, and I got the 300 pounder for multiple singles. I tried the 325 stone, but it's diameter was much bigger and I couldn't even break it from the ground. It was my first time using tape on my arms too. It definitely helped with the grip, as well as saving some tacky. And there weren't any nasty burn-looking marks on my arm after either!

Good Mornings- 3x185x8. First time doing these in a while too, it should help with my deadlift as well as some general core strength.

Overhead Barbell Lunge- Trying something different with this, I liked it though. 3x95x8. I'll definitely step the weight up next time, I just had to get a feeling for it.


Reverse Hyper- 3x90x15


DB Curls- 3x40x12
