This wasn't an official training session for me, i was originally going to take this day off and teach my friend how to squat and do some other stuff at the school weight room, but then as i started to teach him i kinda got in the mood to squat.
Squat- Worked up to 285x2, a new PR for me. And a great one at that on a day where i wasn't even planning to lift. The basketball was in the weight room with me, and people looked at me like i was retarded when i was teaching my friend how to squat and while i was squatting too. Then i remembered i was in a highschool weight room, where "correct form" does not exist. atleast not at my highschool.
I went along with the whole highschool weight room mentality, and did some strip-set bicep curls. gotta get swole brah.
that was it, short and sweet, but a decent day over all. I hated myself for doing biceps though, my arms were tired the rest of the night.
