Today i was pretty excited to go lift since it was deadlift day, and deadlifting is by far my favorite lift, even though squatting is catching up to it. Here it is:
Deadlift (no belt or straps)- Worked up to 405x2x2, which i guess you could say is a PR for me since i haven't hit two sets of 405x2 in training before. Had a slight trace of a headache during my last two sets.
Husafell stone (no belt or tacky)- first time ever doing this event, i was a little hesitant to try it, but i got the 350# for 100' total, around 30 seconds.
High-low Prowler- 225# turn and switch at 75', same with 315#. I need to find better shoes to do prowler in, both my running shoes and chucks don't get enough grip. I'll have to try my wrestling or some rock-climbing shoes.
Ab Roller- on knees, 3x8
Great training session for me overall, i was happy with my deadlift as well as my trip with the husafell stone.
