Today was another short one before work, and i wasn't really amped up or anything.
Axle Lock outs- worked up to 195x2, a PR.
Incline bench- 155x5x3
DB bench- 15x50
Wasn't really feeling it today, so i ended it at that, and went to work. There seems to be a repeating pattern with bad workouts on days when i work.
