I knew today was deadlift day and of course i was excited to see how much more i have progressed. Here it is:
Deadlift (no belt or straps)- Worked up to 4 sets of 405x2. another improvement on my deadlift. i'd be surprised if i wasn't able to grind out 425 next deadlift day.
Husafell stone- made two 100' trips with the 350# today, another improvement. really had to grind out the second one though.
Stone shoulder- 200# x4. first time shouldering a stone, i had to use a very minimal amount of tacky on my hands though to get it off the ground. it was some tough stuff.
I was suppose to do some reverse hyper and some other stuff after this, but my back was fried and i had to leave to go watch some friday night football.
