Today was a brutal day, with a shit ton of strict pressing. I've decided to forget about my own scheduling, and just follow what bryce has written up. It's a four day a week, two week schedule, focusing on a lot of strict pressing, as well as high rep, heavy weight movements for hypertrophy. I'll be doing this for a while, so maybe i can get my press up to somewhere close to competing with carlos reyes. Otherwise, i'm going to be stepping up my conditioning as well as trying to eat healthier so i can get a clean cut to 210-215 since im 220 right now. I'll also be putting all of my iron psyche methods to the test, which i feel will help greatly.

Got a nasty charlie horse on the 210 attempt, stopped after that.

So yeah, it was an alright week, pushing the 710 prowler made me feel like a monster, as well as my 405x2 deadlift. I've decided to compete in the Steel Valley Strongman on october 9th along with Sean and Jay, it'll be a tough one.

I'm not feeling the whole writing thing right now, so i'll try to post more frequently so i don't have to worry about posting as much.
