Today I took a trip to my local hill-running spot for some conditioning. I did a light warm-up of a jog around the park, then some static stretching. I was going for 10 sprints, with about 1-2 minutes of rest between sprints. The hill is about 30-40 yards long at about a 45° incline. I didn't exactly enjoy them, but it was a decent start to my conditioning plan. As I'm writing this, I can definitely feel it in my legs, but I should be fine by tomorrow.
