Today was my first day on my new workout schedule. My new plan consists of 3 weight training days, as well as one strongman day. The training days are as follows: Monday- Squat, Tuesday- Upper, Thursday- Deadlift. The Strongman day is on saturday. I'll be alternating each week between max effort and assistance days on the deadlift, as well as switching between pulling and pressing days on tuesday. on my strongman day, since i dont currently have a contest to train for, ill be alternating 6 events (stones, log press, axle press, farmers, tire flips, and yoke) between max/heavy days and speed days. It may sound kinda complicated, but it should work well once i plan it all out.
