Haven't posted in a while, i've been getting lazy. 8/30-9/6 was a deload week, minus an event day.

Got a nasty charlie horse on the 210 attempt, stopped after that.

So yeah, it was an alright week, pushing the 710 prowler made me feel like a monster, as well as my 405x2 deadlift. I've decided to compete in the Steel Valley Strongman on october 9th along with Sean and Jay, it'll be a tough one.

I'm not feeling the whole writing thing right now, so i'll try to post more frequently so i don't have to worry about posting as much.
